With the Glacier One D30 X2, Phanteks has levelled up their top-tier AIO cooler with even better cooling performance. This cooler retains many of the fantastic features found on the original model, such as easy radiator installation with radial fittings, powerful D30 fans, and support for the latest processors from both Intel and AMD. However, the CPU block has received a significant upgrade. This now includes an integrated fan that blows air down onto the motherboard which helps to cool the surrounding components, like the VRMs, RAM, and M.2 slot. What's more, this AIO will look fantastic in any build, as both the D30 fans and CPU block are equipped with vibrant RGB lighting that is fully compatible with the Phanteks NEXLINQ ecosystem.
The Phanteks Glacier One D30 X2 AIO is equipped with a large copper contact plate which supports a wide range of CPU sockets, including Intel LGA 1851 and AMD AM5. This contact plate efficiently transfers heat from your CPU to the coolant, as it features a large fin array, which significantly increases its surface area.
The Phanteks Glacier One D30 X2 starts cooling before the coolant has even left the CPU block, thanks to the powerful fan. This compact fan can produce 9.8CFM of airflow at a static pressure of 1.2mmH2O down and around the CPU block through its aluminium shroud. Once this air has passed through the CPU block, it then spreads out around your CPU, where it can cool the surrounding RAM, power delivery, and even M.2 slots. During internal testing, Phanteks found that this type of CPU block could lead to temperature reductions by up to 11°!
Alongside its powerful CPU block and large 420mm radiator, the Glacier One D30 is equipped with three phenomenal Phanteks D30 fans. Each fan is slightly thicker than traditional models, measuring 30mm thick instead of the standard 25mm. With this extra surface area, a D30 can deliver airflow of up to 71.93CFM at a static pressure of 3.32mmH2O, whilst only producing 29.5dB(A) of noise.
With a Phanteks Glacier One D30 AiO installed, your gaming PC will boast gorgeous aesthetics and minimal clutter. The D30 fans utilise a daisy chain design, which feature specialised clips and screw hole covers to create a cluster of fans with a seamless aesthetic and minimum cable clutter. With their groundbreaking connectors, these three fans require only a single cable for power and data delivery. Additionally, the CPU block can draw power and be controlled using a single cable, through its Linq6 connector.
What's more, the Phanteks Glacier One D30 X2 is fully compatible with the Phanteks NEXLINQ ecosystem. With this software, you can set custom fan curves, for quiet operation when idle and maximum cooling when under a heavy load. In addition to this, you can configure the RGB lighting on both the D30 fans and CPU block. Plus, create a unified aesthetic for your entire PC using NEXLINQ, as its ecosystem includes a wide range of compatible hardware, such as cases, fans, and coolers.
