Delivery Information

Our delivery rates are calculated based on the product weight & delivery address. You can calculate the exact shipping cost by adding your needed items to your card and then using the shipping calculator found above the checkout button. You can also check out shipping prices at checkout.

Custom PC and International deliveries are calculated based on item weight & value and can vary in price. Use the shipping calculator to get an exact price.

Delivery times will vary depending on the service, the estimated delivery speed will be shown below the delivery method at checkout. For Standard delivery, you can view the estimated delivery times below:

Standard Delivery (Excluding peak times):
3-5 Working Days

Standard Delivery for Large Items (PC Cases, Monitors, Chairs, etc) to Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland:
7-9 Working Days

Important Notice: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Unforseen events may cause delays within the courier networks, these can be caused many many variables such as high volume/demand, weather, vehicle breakdowns, customs delays, human error, etc.


Despatch Times

While we aim to ship with your selected courier whenever possible. Depending on courier availability, item value or other variables your order may be shipped via a different courier/service than selected. If this is the case, we will aim to match the closest available service with the one selected, in some instances we may upgrade you to a faster service.

Our Cut-Off times are based on the earliest time period that the couriers are able to collect. They often collect slightly later than the stated cut-off, so if you order after the stated cut-off your order may still be despatched same-day. But this is not a guarantee.

Please Contact Us if any of the following scenarios are relevant to you:

  • You would like to know the order-cut off/dispatch times for one of our couriers not listed above
  • If you have just missed the cut-off, but would like to know if you still have time to order with same-day despatch
  • If you require your order to be delivered on a specific date or time
  • If you will not be in at your address to recieve delivery, and would like your order shipped to a local store for pick-up.

International deliveries through our Logistics partners such as Landmark Global rely on local couriers for the last mile delivery. Service dates & times will vary depending on the local courier being used.


International Deliveries

Shipments using Landmark Global are processed when they arrive in their London depot. This means your order may take a few days in transit before your tracking is updated to "Processed".

International shipments outside of the EU & Canada do not include Duties/Tax. These fees will vary depending on your country, and will be charged upon delivery by the courier which you will be liable to pay for.

Declining/not paying these fees may result in your package being destroyed by customs. In this instance, we are not able to issue any refunds.

If your order is undeliverable or is refused and is returned to us, we are unable to refund the cost of delivery & a return shipping fee may be charged. If you would like your order to be re-shipped, you will be required to pay for re-shipping.
